We searched everywhere for new jets for our camp stove. Rang Wendy , who was very helpful and the parts were posted that day. Amazingly they arrived in Moe next day. Thanks guys, very happy with your service.

I can not find anywhere that sells globes for my Rechargeable Retro Lantern #5312-1021

Reply: Donna we are a little perplexed as to why you would give us a 1 star review regarding the Rechargeable Retro Lantern #5312-1021. We can not see where you have made contact with us to see if we could help you with your request for this product. The globe has been very difficult to get for years and much bigger 'box stores' are in the same situation as us - NOT being able to get stock!!! The supply of this product from the American producer into the Australian market is beyond our control. Did you leave the 'big box stores' a one star review???? Or do you like picking on small family owned and operated business???? Had you made contact with us - we may have had a suggestion where you 'might be able' to get this product.
