Product Warranty and Return Procedure

All our camping and outdoor products are covered by a warranty to assure quality, performance and reliability. Your satisfaction is our priority.

The warranty period and conditions are as determined by the manufacturer and can vary. In many cases you will have the option to contact the manufacturer direct to discuss particular faults or issues of concern.

Any product that is confirmed to be defective or does not meet the standards and purposes advertised by the manufacturer or Bairnsdale Camping & Outdoors within the specified warranty period will be either replaced, repaired or the purchase price refunded.

You must retain your invoice or receipt as proof of the date of purchase.

Please note :
  • Deliberate abuse, unauthorised tampering and unqualified attempts to repair will invalidate your product warranty.

Warranty Return Procedure

Please contact Bairnsdale Camping & Outdoors by telephone or email before returning any goods to us under warranty. We will require your advice as to exactly why the item is being returned, what fault occurred, etc.

  • Please note that you must pay the cost of packing and sending goods back to Bairnsdale Camping & Outdoors under warranty.

Upon confirming the fault reported to be a valid claim under the terms of warranty, Bairnsdale Camping & Outdoors will either repair or replace the item, or arrange to refund the purchase price (excluding freight).

  • When Bairnsdale Camping & Outdoors elect to repair or replace a product under warranty, we will pay the freight to send the item back to you.
