Porta Potti Portable Toilets

On average, the Porta Potti can be used for up to 5 days before the waste tank will require emptying. Then detach the tank and take it to the nearest waste disposal point where it can be emptied simply and hygienically.
The empty procedure is to simply twist the integrated emptying spout outwards, unscrew the cap, push the vent button to allow air to enter the waste tank which will prevent splashing and then pour out the waste.
Porta Potti Toilet Additives
For effective function and optimum performance of the Porta Potti toilet system, Thetford have designed uniquely formulated toilet chemical additives and rapid dissolving Aqua Soft toilet paper.
These toilet additives prevent unpleasant odours, suppress gas formation and keep the inside of the waste holding tank clean. By promoting the decomposition of solids in the waste holding tank the additives also prevent blockages when emptying.
